Junior Community Manager Vacancy
We are currently looking for an assistant to support our social media and social PR team.
The Junior Community Manager will assist in the creation, implementation, and day-to-day management of our social media communities and fan engagement to ensure vibrant, engaging, and rewarding communities. This role will assist in research, analysis, editorial, management of social media presence, and other tasks identified by the Directors.

The Junior community manager will be a highly motivated individual with a fanatical passion for social media and community, technology, social media trends, and innovation in the digital and social space.
Main Responsibilities: Setup : Initial setup of social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr) and other social media platforms), co-ordinating creative for graphics, and other elements within the communities. Community Management: Day-to-day community management, audience engagement, page and content moderation, and general outreach. Content Seeding: Seeding approved content and editorial pieces to key influencer’s, fan-sites and blogs. Research: Basic research as needed, in order to engage the community and to investigate any trending activities. Technology: Being able to use applications used for community management, research and Marketing Intelligence, as well as staying current with new technological trends within the Social Media space. Analysis: Taking data from research and performance analytic’s and being able to help create reports that draw conclusions on performance and provide recommendations for campaign optimisation. Team-work: Being involved with team meetings to help craft Social Media & Social PR campaigns. Proposals & Reports: Being able to assist with proposals & reports as needed. General Requirements: A thorough understanding of Social Media and outreach tactics Strong written / verbal communication skills Available full time from January 2012.

This role will be unpaid for the first 3 months (unless we meet someone amazing with lots of relevant experience – as the role includes on the job training). We will be aiming to hire the successful applicant based on their performance at the end of the 3 months. This is a real opportunity within a growing social media digital agency.
