Anyone who knows urban music will know the name Ronnie Herel. His BBC 1Xtra R&B and Old Skool shows are a mainstay of the station and the wider UK R&B scene. During his time at 1Xtra Ronnie has interviewed some heavyweight superstars including; Beyonce and Mary J Blige as well as legends Stevie Wonder and Lionel Richie.

Throughout his career Ronnie has been voted Best Club DJ for Blues & Soul Magazine and been nominated for the Best DJ Mobo Award. Ronnie is a fixture on the R&B club scene regularly playing at Love Dough, Liquid & Envy and the Southport Weekender as well as international DJ sets in Dubai, Ibiza and Ayia Napa.
