Sarah-Jane presents 1Xtra’s weekend breakfast show from 7-10am, giving her the perfect opportunity to combine her love for music with her passion for chatting.
During her career she’s interviewed some of the biggest names in film and music including Robert De Niro, Kings of Leon, Pussycat Dolls and Usher. Her love for music stems from the eclectic tastes she was subjected to as a child – ranging from The Beatles to The Ronnets via Stevie Wonder, Lauren Hill, Led Zepplin and Michael Jackson. A love of the 60’s has also influenced her unique style and she can often be found rummaging through vintage stores for classic pieces in Camden or near her home in Notting Hill.
SJC has a recognisable voice across some of the biggest TV and radio networks in the UK, presenting and providing voice-overs for Channel 4, E4, VIVA and for the Official UK Top 40 chart on MTV.
